These Terms govern your access to and use of ProofPackPro (the “Service”), operated by Proofline LLC (“ProofPackPro,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ProofPackPro is software that helps storm-restoration contractors organize storm-damage documentation and generate claim packages and related materials. ProofPackPro is not an insurance company, not a public adjuster, and not a law firm.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for your use of any materials the Service produces, and for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including public-adjuster and contractor regulations in your state. You are solely responsible for all claim-related decisions and submissions.
The Service includes an AI assistant (“Copilot”) that provides general information, claim-documentation help, and draft materials based on the data you provide. The Copilot is a software tool, not a person. It does not provide legal advice and is not a licensed public adjuster or attorney, and no attorney-client or adjuster-client relationship is created by using it.
The Copilot’s outputs are drafts and general information. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before you rely on or send them. You remain solely responsible for all claim decisions and submissions. For advice about your specific claim, consult a licensed public adjuster or attorney. By using the Copilot you acknowledge and agree to the foregoing.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy or completeness of any output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proofline LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any output of the Copilot.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
